HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
This course applies to a wide range of settings where first aid emergencies may occur. It is relevant for people working in child care or a education setting.
DURATION:
Express: 1 hour (Assessment Only, Must have done a first aid course in the past 3 years)
Regular: 3.5 hours classroom training and assessment (with online or workbook pre-work)
PREREQUISITES:
There are no prerequisite units. Participants should have numeracy and literacy skills equivalent to level 2 of the National Reporting System.
Assessment Methods Progressive assessment throughout the course, including demonstration of practical skills and written and oral questions relating to underpinning knowledge.
AWARD ISSUED:
A nationally-recognised Statement of Attainment will be issued from our Training Partner – Business Wise First Aid Training RTO 45193 to all successful participants.
Cost: Onsite Training – $165 per student (min cost is 5 students). For more than 5 students please contact us for discounts starting from 20% off each student.The more students the better the price!
